Refund policy

At Neanqo, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process for customers in Malaysia.

Return Eligibility

You may return any item within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product is free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, or any signs of wear.
  • Intimate apparel, bodysuits, or clearance items can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect upon receipt.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges within the same 30-day window, subject to product availability.

  • Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or color.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund instead.
    To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team before returning your item.

How to Return

All returns and exchanges must be sent by mail.
To start a return:

  • Email us at info@neanqo.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label by email.
  • Please pack your item securely and attach the provided label before sending it back.

We currently do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
