At Neanqo, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all our customers in Malaysia. Every order is handled with care to ensure your women’s fashion items reach you safely and on time.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+8) on a business day will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order preparation and fulfillment before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used. Deliveries within West Malaysia usually arrive earlier (around 3–5 business days), while deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take a few additional days depending on courier schedules.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In total, most customers can expect to receive their orders within 4-11 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Malaysia - there are no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status online.
